I'm sitting here at my computer on a Sunday afternoon thinking about a time not too long ago when I was living life in extreme pain... right where you probably are at this very moment. Everything I did revolved around my back pain. If I stood too long my back would hurt. If I sat too long my back would hurt. If I did simple daily tasks, chances are my back would hurt.

I was so frustrated and in so much pain that I actually cried on numerous occassions. It may not seem like a big deal, but I never cry over anything. That's how much pain I was actually in.

To make matters worse... I kept asking myself, "Do I have to live with this miserable pain for the rest of my life?" I was so depressed because it felt like my lower back pain would dictate everything I did for the rest of my life.

Now at the time I thought I was lucky, because my mother is one of the nation's leading Physical Therapists and she knows the human body inside and out... after all she had been involved in helping over 10,000 people recover from serious injuries and live a happy, healthy active lfestyle.

So I decided that if anybody could help me get rid of this back pain it was my mother...boy did I have it coming! She tried every treatment under the sun - techniques that worked wonders for thousands of individuals - but to no avail. That pain in my lower back was still there.
